terms
Effective September 20, 2026.
schedule.pizza is a small scheduling tool. Use it to share availability, find times, and book calendar events. Do not use it to spam people, scrape availability, probe accounts, or interfere with the service.
accounts
You are responsible for the booking codes you share. Rotating a code revokes the old one. If your Google Calendar access is removed, bookings stop until you reconnect. Keep your account information accurate and use only calendars you are authorized to manage. You may use an agent or API client on your behalf, but it must follow the same authorization and abuse-prevention rules.
bookings
A booking is confirmed only after schedule.pizza creates the calendar event. If the calendar write fails, the booking should fail closed. Only supply other people's contact information when you have permission to invite them. Google delivers calendar invitations under its own terms; delivery and acceptance are not guaranteed. Cancelling a booking is separate from deleting your account data, as described in our privacy policy.
service and software
The hosted service is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. We may restrict access to address abuse, security risks, or legal requirements.
These terms apply to the hosted service. The repository's open-source license separately governs your use, modification, and distribution of the software; these terms do not restrict rights granted by that license. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with notice.
